All student-athletes must have a current sports physical to participate in athletics during the 2026–2027 school year. Sports physicals are valid for the entire school year if they are completed on or after April 15, 2026.
To make this process as convenient as possible, the Michigan School for the Deaf Health Center and Activities Department have partnered with a local physician to offer on-site sports physicals.

If you would like your student-athlete to receive a sports physical at MSD, please complete the MHSAA Physical Examination Form prior to the appointment. The form is available on the MHSAA website
