We would like to select Dylan James and Marquise Johnson for the month of November.
Both students consistently showed up on time and demonstrated strong motivation to fully engage in gaming and improve their skills. They continuously encouraged their teammates, helping ensure everyone was prepared for matches—especially when others had trouble accessing the game on time.
Dylan and Marquise are highly competitive and often take on the role of “Top Dog” or Alpha during gameplay. While the intensity of competition can be emotional and stressful, they have shown impressive self-discipline by managing their frustrations, redirecting their emotions, and offering calm, sincere apologies when needed. Their ability to regulate themselves and model positive behavior stands out.
They have demonstrated strong leadership qualities within our ESports program and have become role models for younger players who look up to them. For these reasons, we are proud to recognize them for November.
